Infinix today unveiled a new Smart 6 Plus in India that differs from the one sold in other markets in terms of specs and style.
The Indian model of the Infinix Smart 6 Plus (X6823C) also features a notched display, like the original model (X6511G), however it is larger, measuring 6.82" diagonally, than the original Smart 6 Plus's 6.6" panel. The display of the Indian model is less bright, peaking at 440 nits (vs. 500 nits), but both have the same resolution (HD+).
The original Smart 6's back cover sports a "Aura Waves textured design" while the Indian Smart 6 Plus's features a "mirror back design" and is covered in an anti-bacterial substance.

Both variations have distinct camera island designs, but they both have 8MP primary sensors with AI Lenses. Additionally, the selfie cameras have changed. In contrast to the Indian version, which has a 5MP selfie camera with LED flashes on the left and right sides, the original model has an 8MP selfie camera and a single flashlight.
The Helio G25 SoC powers the Infinix Smart 6 Plus in India, which also has 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Since the smartphone has a dedicated slot for a microSD card, the RAM can practically be increased up to 6GB, and you also have the choice to increase the storage up to 512GB.
