Motorola is expanding the latest version of Android to one more phone in its line, the Moto G200, after rolling out a solid Android 12 update to the Moto Edge 20 last week.
In some areas, Motorola has begun distributing a stable Android 12 upgrade to the Moto G200.
The update is for the XT2175-1-DS model and comes with firmware version S1RX32.50-13. In Europe, the deployment has begun, with Latin America and the United Kingdom to follow in the following weeks.
A gorgeous Material You design, a revised notification panel, redesigned widgets, Privacy Dashboard, camera and mic indicators and toggles, and more are among the many new features and updates in Android 12.
Users may expect Motorola's touch of handy customizations, such as Fast flashlight, Flip to DND, Quick capture, and so on, in addition to Android 12-specific enhancements.
The Android 12 upgrade for the Moto G200 will be available in the coming days for European customers. It may take some time for the update to reach your device because it is being rolled out in phases. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > System Updates to manually check for the update. Alternatively, you can download the current firmware package and flash it with a PC using the Motorola Rescue and Smart Assistant Tool.
So far, Motorola has only updated a few smartphones to Android 12: the Moto G Pro and Moto G3o.
The Lenovo-owned corporation, on the other hand, aims to update many of its budget and mid-range handsets, including the Moto G50, Moto G Stylus, Razr 5G, Motorola Edge 5G, and Moto G40 Fusion, to Android 7.0.
Here's the complete list of Android 12 devices that have been confirmed.
Motorola's Moto G200 is an affordable flagship phone with a 6.8-inch LCD 144Hz display, Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC, 108MP main camera, and 5,000mAh battery with 33W rapid charging.
