Oppo Reno10 and Reno10 Pro surface on Geekbench

Oppo prepares to launch global variants of the Reno10 Series in the next few days.

After launching the Reno10 series in China last month, Oppo is now gearing up to introduce international variants with slightly modified specifications. Recent Geekbench listings have provided a clear indication of what can be expected from the global Oppo Reno10 and Reno10 Pro.

The Oppo Reno10 (CPH-2531) for the global market features a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. In comparison, the Chinese version of the smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. The global variant achieved a score of 956 in single-core performance and 2,340 in multi-core performance on Geekbench. Additionally, the device runs on Android 13, presumably with the ColorOS 13.1 user interface.

On the other hand, the global Oppo Reno10 Pro (CPH2525) comes with a Snapdragon 778G chipset and 12GB of RAM. It scored 1,025 in single-core performance and 2,696 in multi-core performance on Geekbench. Similar to the Reno10, this global variant is expected to operate on Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1.

According to a comprehensive specifications leak earlier this month, the global Reno10 will boast a curved 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The rear camera setup will consist of a 50MP main camera (with a 1/1.56″ sensor and 1.0µm pixel size) featuring an f/1.8 lens and optical image stabilization (OIS), along with a 32MP telephoto/portrait lens offering 2x optical zoom and an 8MP ultrawide module.

In terms of battery, the global Reno10 Pro is expected to retain the 4,600mAh capacity found in the Chinese model, but with slightly slower 80W charging instead of the 100W charging. One notable advantage of the upcoming Reno10 Pro over its Chinese counterpart is its ingress protection, as it will come with an IP54 rating, offering increased resistance against dust and water.

As Oppo prepares to launch the global variants of the Reno10 series, smartphone enthusiasts worldwide can anticipate powerful performance, impressive camera capabilities, and enhanced features tailored to meet their needs. Stay tuned for more updates on the official launch and availability of the Oppo Reno10 and Reno10 Pro in international markets.
