Tecno Camon 20 series is launching in India on May 27

Tecno has officially announced that it will be launching the Camon 20 series smartphones in India on May 27. This series consists of four models: Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro, Camon 20 Pro 5G, and Camon 20 Premiere.
However, the company has confirmed that it will only introduce the Camon 20 and Camon 20 Pro 5G during the upcoming event.
The Camon 20 will be available in Glacier Glow, Serenity Blue, and Predawn Black color options, while the Camon 20 Pro 5G will come in Serenity Blue and Dark Welkin colors.
Having been already released in other markets, we have an idea of what to expect from the Camon 20 and Camon 20 Pro 5G in terms of specifications.
These smartphones share similar features, with the main differences lying in the chipset and camera setup. The Camon 20 is equipped with the Helio G85 SoC, while the Camon 20 Pro 5G boasts the Dimensity 8050 chip.
In terms of camera capabilities, both models sport a triple camera setup on the rear, featuring a primary 64MP camera. However, it’s worth noting that the Camon 20 lacks optical image stabilization (OIS).
Additionally, the Camon 20’s 64MP camera is accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor and a QVGA unit, whereas the Camon 20 Pro 5G’s 64MP shooter is complemented by a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor.
With the launch date approaching, Tecno enthusiasts in India can look forward to the introduction of the Tecno Camon 20 and Tecno Camon 20 Pro 5G, which are expected to offer a range of impressive features and capabilities, particularly in terms of camera performance and chipset capabilities.
