Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE is launching in India on April 23

After its initial release in September last year following an announcement in August, the Redmi Pad SE is finally making its way to India. Teasers on the brand’s social media accounts suggest that the launch is set for April 23, during Xiaomi’s Smarter Living 2024 event.

The delay in bringing the tablet to India has left many wondering, but enthusiasts will finally get their hands on it soon. Marketed with the tagline “Brilliant Display. All-Day Battery”, the Redmi Pad SE promises an immersive viewing experience coupled with long-lasting battery life.

Equipped with an 11-inch 1200×1920 90 Hz LCD touchscreen boasting 400-nit typical brightness, the Redmi Pad SE is powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC. It offers configurations of 4/6/8GB of RAM, along with options for 128/256GB of storage. Photography needs are covered by an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP selfie camera.

One of the standout features of the Redmi Pad SE is its massive 8,000 mAh battery, supported by 18W wired charging. With such specifications, it is expected to be a budget-friendly offering in the Indian market, catering to consumers looking for affordability without compromising on performance.
